Susanna Isern is a writer, psychologist, teacher, and mother of three.

She is one of the most well-known figures in children’s literature both in Spain and in countries around the world. She has published over 100 books in Spanish, which have been translated into 35 different language and have sold more than a million and a half copies globally. One of the most widely translated authors from the Spanish language according to the Cervantes Institute, she is the recipient of numerous prestigious national and international awards, and some of her works have been adapted for the stage.
